Vampire Society Mansion

Society of New York Vampires (NYV)

Classification: Paranormal Organization

The Vampire Society of NYC (NYV) is a structured network dedicated to promoting harmonious coexistence with humans while providing housing, protection, and community resources to vampire populations within New York City.

Its central headquarters is a sprawling Gothic mansion connected to an extensive underground system of “vampire tunnels,” established during the early construction of the city. These tunnels permit safe daylight travel and allow discreet movement between boroughs.

Historical Record

1920–2020: Kelly, a former union organizer turned vampire, founded NYV with the intent of establishing stability and mutual aid. He largely viewed himself as human, once stating, “I already got burnt up in the sun. The only difference now is that I eat pork.” Under his leadership, the organization prioritized discretion and integration.

2020–2024: An ancient vampire known as Vladimir immigrated to NYC. He assassinated Kelly and several associates, fragmenting NYV and destabilizing vampire leadership while attempting to consolidate territorial control.

2024–Present: Imari, a former social worker turned vampire, eliminated Vladimir and assumed leadership. She continues efforts to restore NYV to its original community-focused structure.

Gerard

“Gerard” is a mature vampire turned during the Victorian era. In her former life, she performed as an early drag king and has retained her theatrical sensibilities across centuries.

Throughout her unlife, Gerard has worked intermittently as an assassin, leveraging expertise in costuming, disguise, and performance to execute contracts with precision. Her long-standing partnership with another vampire, Alice, has anchored her in New York City.

Gerard previously served as muscle for the now-dissolved vampire faction known as Cutlass, developing complex loyalties within the city’s undead power structures.

She entered P.I.L.T. custody following a break-in at Agent Talis’ residence. Detainment was brief and concluded without incident.
