An Esoteric-class interdimensional phenomenon of unknown origin. The Anomaly has existed for at least as long as P.I.L.T.; the headquarters structure was constructed around it as a containment measure.
Its presence causes localized distortions of reality within the facility. Documented effects include spatial inconsistencies (e.g., missing or inaccessible rooms), non-linear architecture, and the formation of interdimensional rifts. These manifestations vary in severity and may be harmless or hazardous.
Anomaly Events may occur when rifts open into adjacent or unknown dimensions, allowing anomalous entities—such as Puppets—to enter controlled space. Continuous monitoring and containment protocols remain in effect.
