Rio

Rio is an anomalous feline of unknown origin, presenting as an Abyssinian. She demonstrates the ability to teleport and traverse dimensions. Rio first appeared on P.I.L.T. premises approximately [REDACTED] years ago. Multiple attempts were made to remove her; however, she consistently returned via teleportation. Removal efforts have since been discontinued, and her presence is tolerated. Initial interactions indicated a generally hostile disposition toward personnel. Repeated attempts at engagement—including efforts by Investigator Jayce Talis involving food and material incentives—were unsuccessful. Upon the arrival of Investigator Viktor Reveck, Rio exhibited an immediate and uncharacteristic shift in behavior, displaying tolerance and apparent affinity. She now remains primarily in proximity to Reveck and has been observed teleporting to the Talis residence, where he is currently staying.
